For over fifty years custom framing has been a vital part of Kula Photo's many imaging services. Prints that we create can, of course, just be mounted and laminated for free hanging and cardboard easels are also available for table top use. And why use Nielsen moulding for your framing needs? Listed below are only a few reasons why Nielsen mouldings are superior to the more traditional wood mouldings and should be considered when framing your photos and artwork:

Nielsen frames are stronger and more consistent than wood for narrow black outline frames and are more COST EFFECTIVE. They are perfect for simple document or poster framing. And a special economy line is available for even the tightest budgets.

Nielsen mouldings can have a much NARROWER FACE than wood frames because of the way they are assembled and allow your image to stand out rather than the frame surrounding it.

Metal is inert, making Nielsen a great choice for CONSERVATION FRAMING. Remember, acid migrates from wood frames into artwork over time.

Nielsen frames have much stronger CORNERS THAT DO NOT SEPERATE over time as wood frames often do.

The hanging device WILL NOT PULL OUT OR SPLIT a Nielsen frame as a screw does in wood framing.
